Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me?
A: It depends on the type of order you are placing. Shipping times and shipping options are posted on the detail page of each item. Larger orders or heavy items must ship surface mail to save the customer on shipping. Surface mail shipping times will be posted in that item's description. Container load orders take a small amount of time to prep and then most delivery times are 20 - 30 days after the container has departed from our company.
Q: Is the item I am ordering allowed in my country?
A: We have no way of knowing all the laws in all the citys and countrys in the world, please check your local laws before ordering.
Q: Is there any other way that I can pay your company for my order?
A: The types of payments that we take are listed on the [Payment Options], there are links for payment options on the right side of just about every page of our website.
Q: Can I pay with money order?
A: Yes, that is an option if you are in the USA, but it will cause some delays with your order because we need to wait for the money order to clear and then have the funds transfered to our bank before we can ship your order.
Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: Just give us an email and ask for details.
Q: What is your privacy policy? Is my information safe with your company?
A: Your information will not be shared with any other company. Our customers are very important to us and we do not share any of our customer's info with anyone.
Q: Will I get an email notification of my transaction?
A: Yes, we email all customers when thier order has shipped.
Q: Once I place my order how long will it take before my order is shipped?
A: Most orders ship out the very same day that the customer places the order but the longest is 48 hours if we are backed up.
Q: I can't find the item(s) I want to buy wholesale from China, what do I do?
A: Email us and tell us about what you are looking for, attach a photo of the item(s) if possible and we will get right back to you with the details that you need.
